walked the boys…drove/scootered to work…gym at lunch – changing things up by trying an app called Fitbod* (today’s focus: back, biceps, lower back)…was a good mix of exercises with single exercises, circuits & supersets...
* Fitbod provides a personalized exercise plan designed to push your limits. The exercises, reps & weight are optimised for your experience and goals (you select what equipment you have available if any). It tracks your workload and understands which muscles are being worked out least & most. There’s videos and instructions for each exercise. You can replace exercises if you don’t like the one they select.
