was raining at the start of golf but cleared about 5 holes in...my spray jacket came off on the 6th...a crow stole my ball on the 10th again...the umbrella came down on the 11th...the wind picked up on the 17th...the rain came again (much heavier!) just after we left the 18th green...
the course was very heavy due to the overnight rain with plenty of water laying about and flowing from dam to dam...I didn't play particularly well and finished with 23pts, 13 over my handicap...oops...
this morning we headed to Gungahlin for stop #4 on Hodge's freedom parkrun tour...not as many people as there was at Ginninderra although the numbers started to pick up as we were finishing...crossed paths with Jeff Mc and Neil B...
Hodge was a bit of an airhead which I think was a product of how breezy it was...he didn't really settle down until the final k however our overall pace has continued to improve...
