cricket was at Hackett as we played the third placed team...the wind whipped up just before play commenced - I won the toss and elected to bat...we made 5/228 then dismissed them for 110 in the 29th over for a double bonus point win...a good way to head into the break

we had the Life Members BBQ afterwards at O'Connor Oval and raised over $1200 for Red Kite...

today I went to Dragon Boat ACT's Enter the Dragon come & try event at Lotus Bay...your pair up with an experienced paddler so I buddied up with Donald from the Canberra Griffins and got to go out twice under the guidance of Jillian (coach/drummer) and Jill (sweep) from the Dragon Flyers....going out twice also meant I got to have a go at sitting on each side to see which felt more coordinated...

finished painting the deck and now I'm watching the cricket...
