Denny's dinner
after we did some washing, finding a cache while we waited, all four of us went for a ride using biki...we rode along the beach towards Diamond Head then around Queen Kapi'olani Park...we found a cache at a cool tree...
we docked the bikes then spent 30mins at Hawai'i's Cat Cafe - "dedicated to changing the lives of shelter cats, finding them forever homes, and educating the public about responsible pet ownership"...Tammie & Jodie spent 30mins with the cats while Lisa & I watched from the cafe...currently there are 23 cats in residence...
we got bikes again - we got three at the first station then a fourth at the next (Lisa walked to this one) - then headed up to Leonard's Bakery where we tried some of their Malasada Puffs (portuguese donuts)...mmm...
dinner was at Denny's but at a different one to when we had breakfast on our first day...the meal was nice but the waitress had a shocker!
yesterday we spent three hours at the beach with Tammie and I trying out SUPing for the first time after a swim...it was very funny and I took GoPro footage of attempts...
we went to Ala Moana to shop for a bit before a late dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House (high class but oh so delicious)...afterwards Tammie found her 1500th cache...
today is the last full day for Tammie and me...one more run, this time doing a reverse Queen Kapi'olani Park with a twist...

next was outrigging with the same guys we rented the SUP from...it was excellent with three waves caught (two guaranteed plus we got a bonus one)...Tammie also spotted a turtle as we headed back to shore...
