Tammie had 13pts on the front nine to my 12...the back nine was a little better for Tammie including a birdie on the 13th and nearly another birdie on the 14th...
I had a MUCH better back nine including two birdies (10th & 16th) with 22pts (39 off the stick)...
we called in on Tammie's parents on the way home before watching more cricket!

no improvement in knee to wall test (arghhhh)...workout included new activities such as jumping up onto a step - two foot take off/landing (good), one foot take off/two foot landing (lacking co-ordination on landing), hesitation jogging steps on mini tramp while anchored, ladder work - high knees (one foot per square then two per square), sideways work moving forwards (two steps per square, two steps out then back into the next square), forward & backward moving sideways (facing side of ladder, forward two steps per square, two steps back out then forward into the next square)...no changes to daily exercises BUT have three new running sessions before my next physio Wednesday week...6 x 2min run/1min walk, 6 x 2min run/30sec walk then 15min easy run...and he wants me to put my clipless pedal back on my bike...
