The past week or so...

another weekly catch up...!

Wednesday...PM: 20mins on the exercise bike...

Thursday...deep water running at lunch - main part of session: 20 x 30secs hard/30secs easy...PM: 12:30 on the BRunner (trainer)...

Friday...drove to yacht club, walked to Albert Hall, bused rest of way...walked to/from FkF...bused to Albert Hall, walked to yacht club, went shopping...PM: 25mins on the exercise bike

Saturday...AM: 25mins on the exercise bike...scored for Barton 4s who stole victory from the jaws of defeat to win by 6...PM: 12:30 on the BRunner (trainer)...

Sunday...AM: 30mins on the exercise bike...watched some of the Army v Navy one day game at Forestry - Jodie is coaching the Army side - they won by 9 wickets...PM: walked the boys with Tammie as a test for returning to my usual weekday morning routine - took about 15mins longer than usual...

Monday...AM: physio #8 (walked to/from)...knee to wall test +6, up from +4...he gave it a good workout...changes to exercise routine: increasing number of step ups from 12 to 15; daily calf raises (2 legs up/1 down); crab walking with band; seated calf raises; foot "crunches"...ok to resume daily dog walking; ok to trial hitting woods and cycling on the flat (no cleats)...

PM: 30mins on the exercise bike...did a reverse short loop with Tammie and the boys...

Tuesday...AM: walked the boys...then had a flex day as I was roped in to score the Army v RAAF one day game at Forestry...RAAF made 9/172 which the Army chased down with 7 wickets and 11.5 overs to spare...

PM: 30mins on the exercise bike...after dinner: 15mins on the Brunner (trainer)

this morning...walked the boys...only got lightly rained on for the last 10mins or so...

I'm doing my set of rehab exercises at least three times a day, takes about 30mins plus I'm in to my fourth week of using the multi-gym on a two days on/1 day off routine...
