had a good ride home last night...kept an eye out for the Lyons magpie but again no sign of him...

a bit windier for my BRun than last Thursday...I did the same loop around the Jerrabomberra Wetlands plus a loop of Lennox Gardens...

only got swooped once this time, exiting the Wetlands on Eyre St...HR spiked at 153...
