yesterday morning's walk was a bit damp at the start with light rain...
did my usual walking Friday - from the yacht club to work, to/from FKF, from work to the yacht club...
it was the last day at work for one of my section colleagues after 31 years and we all wore Hawaiian-type shirts in his honour...
as I was on volunteer duty as timekeeper for parkrun this morning, I ran to and from...it was quite "cool" (I did carry tracky dacks for my duty)...my right hand froze as it was the timing hand!

golf was monthly medal (stroke) and I was this close to having a good round...finished with 88 off the stick (net 75) to finish 5th on a countback...it was enough to win a ball...Tammie had a round she'd prefer to forget!
we went out to Dendy Premium to see War for the Planet of the Apes...we also had the premium dining package...good movie and an excellent night!
