a mild morning this morning so my hands were like ice blocks for the walking the bark brothers...
no running or BRunning today so some extra walking has been added - walked from the Brazilian Embassy to work and then to FkF to collect the results/money...
busy weekend ahead - the Foursomes Champs are on Saturday and Sunday...Sunday afternoon Tammie & I fly to Melbourne where I'll be running the Wings for Life Run again...back home Monday afternoon...
