was fresh and still for parkrun...after a physical altercation last week between a parkrunner and a pedestrian, the pre-run briefing placed a much bigger emphasis on starting in the chute and not on the path, keeping left on the course and being mindful of other users...it would be a shame for the council to pull their approvals for the run...
