yesterday I walked the boys as usual before heading in to park near the Brazilian Embassy...no BRunning as I was (a) having a complete rest day (other than walking) and (b) timekeeper for FkF as Mike had to attend a funeral...

there was a quick dump of rain before the start of FkF and runners had to deal with traffic controllers just past the bridge...17 runners all up...

it was drizzling as I headed to parkrun this morning...it had eased by the start then started again after the turn...by the time I drove home it was a bit heavier...so much for the planned golf!

I felt like I was running ok only to have Luna fly past dragging Peter along in the last 400m or so!
