windy for the ride home last night but more of a crosswind than headwind...very stop-starty early but once I got to Parliament House it was a pretyy smooth run...

coolish for BBQ Stakes with a bit of a breeze...finished 24th, finally cracking 30 for the first time since December...meanwhile Jodie walked a BBQ mini (snack?) loop of 3ks with plans to build up to doing the full course...I passed her twice - once on the track behind Lyons and once in the finishing sprint...
