street O @ Red Hill...

was very pleasant walking the boys yesterday morning before driving in to work with the bike on the roof...

did power yoga session (Flow 45) again in Civic...7 days left on my pass and I have one more session booked for Thursday night which will make 9 in total...

I met Jodie at Canberra Grammar for street O...this was a double-sided map with the usual street map on one side (scale 1:10000, 17 controls) and then a more detailed map of the school on the other (scale 1:3000, 3 controls)...conditions were good but the course was, well, hilly...!

the experienced orienteers were asked to avoid doing the school controls first to avoid bottlenecks...I did my usual anti-clockwise approach which ended up making it a bit difficult to collect all 20 in a timely manner (ideally I would have done the school controls (#20, #19, #18) first before hitting #15...in the end I was too slow and sore to get them all!
