up early to meet the speedygeese long run group at the Cork Oak plantation in the arboretum...Jen organised this route...the high point was Mt Painter...

after a shower, I headed to the show for about 4hrs...the crowds weren't too bad and it wasn't too hot...

I called past Jodie & Lisa's on the way home to watch the end of the women's ODI and drop off some Bertie Beetle show bags...
