long running speedygeese...

up early to meet the speedygeese long run group at Ainslie shops to run around Mt Ainslie...some were running long (some of who started at 6:30am) while some, like me, were just doing a short run...

I was at the back for the most part with the faster runners in Giles and Jacob looping back every so often...was a good run although I did have to keep my focus on my feet given my propensity to trip!

I still had just over 20mins on the clock to go when we got back to the shops so I ran around the suburb to get my 90mins...

spent the rest of the morning feeding the animals and housework...

watched the cricket in New Zealand (Australia lost) then headed to Bunnings to get some more plants for the front "garden"...

watched the final AFLW match of round one between Melbourne and Brisbane...it was played in very wet conditions with the players even having to leave the field just before half-time due to lightning...in the end Brisbane upset the favourites to win by 15...
