Tammie and I went for a walk with Suze to her local puzzle cache which I had solved back in April..
Trees Adventure was great fun...after we went through some basic training we were off...we had about 1:45 to do as many courses as we wanted...
Tammie and I started with a long blue course then I did the red while Tammie did the short black with squiggle...
I then did the short black to finish...it was great fun and a surprisingly good all-round workout...
we then went and picked some raspberries, peaches and lemons from Delanie's aunt's place which wasn't too far away...
on the way back home we listened to the end of the test, what an unbelievable win after losing so much time to rain...
we finished the day with pizza and BBL..
this morning I did the Pakenham parkrun with Delanie, Lisa, squiggle (first-timer) and Jaime...

after finishing I jogged back towards the turn to meet squiggle...Lisa had stayed with her as they took the social approach, doing a mix of jogging and walking...
next up squiggle had a haircut, with a good 30cm being taken off...she starts high school next year with all new kids...
Suze and I then went caching with Curie (border collie) and Charlie (whippet cross kelpie) while Tammie and Delanie took the kids shopping at Fountain Lakes...
we ended up going to Berwick Springs which is where I will be running a second New Year's Day parkrun after doing Pakenham again...
we found 9 from 9 in a 6.6k walk then found one more on the way back (a Pokemon puzzle cache) to make it ten for the day...
tonight we will be heading to the drive-in to see Sing...
