street O was at Hackett so I parked my car at the EPIC park & ride and bused in...
the bike shop contacted me after lunch to say the BR was ready so I picked it up and parked it in the bike cage at work, I'll take it home on Friday...
I used a new driving service to get from work to my car - J U B E R...very punctual, even early, but a bit pricey!
conditions were good for street O with our goal to collect all 20 controls as usual...

we had a couple of long legs as the controls were spaced out and even used a bit of Ainslie...there were also a couple of deceptive uphills that I know Jodie really appreciated!

1 Clare Lonergan BS-A 46.23 (skipped 2 & 18 but covered nearly as much distance as me due to some nav errors!)

the next street O will be in Chapman so that will be a lot hillier...
another pleasant walk this morning with Hodge getting swooped three times by the magpie...
my turn for a swopping with contact came out of the blue as I rode to work...I was on the path next to Chappell St, Lyons (part of the BBQ Stakes course) when, BAM, it smacked into my helmet/ear on the left side...apparently not a pedestrian swooper as they remained swoop-free in front of and behind me...
other than that excitement I had a zippy ride in!
