it was a very wet walk this morning, plenty of huge puddles with the rain falling reasonably heavily...needless to say I did not ride...
thankfully the rain had cleared by my run but it was very windy...
today's run was part of virtual event put on by Lone Pine Fitness to raise money for Soldier On in honour of National Police Remembrance Day...
I called past the memorial and noticed (too many) plaques had been added...I also ran in memory of Damo, Tim's best mate, who was killed in the line of duty in June 2011...
preparations were being made for the ceremony at 4:30pm...
