street O @ Nicholls...

it was quite pleasant for yesterday morning's walk...

bused in to work as usual with street O in Nicholls...another new map for street O...

I bought some new cycling gloves and tubes for this weekend's Triple Tri - I'm doing the second MTB leg...

had both cycling side-kicks back in action today

with the golf course out of bounds there were some quite long legs due to clumps of clustered controls...

our order, skipping the biggest hill(!), was 15 - 16 - 18 - 20 - 19 - 17 - 13 - 11 - 10 - 9 - 7 - 8 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 - F...there was about 4-5 of us that did the first 6 controls in the same order then after that we separated...I pushed hard from 9 to make sure I finished within the 60mins...

Course A: 18 out of 20 controls

1 Geoff Stacey PO-A 47.44
2 Matthew Purcell BS-A 49.50

6 Florian Benz 57.36
7 Craig George 61.00

even though we skipped the big hill there were still quite a few short sharp ones to deal with...

got up earlier than usual for a Tuesday this morning to walk Hodge then ride into work...pumped up my tyres before I left and had a good ride in...my legs feel quite good after last night's effort...
