FkF #325...

rained for the last 10mins of my ride home last night...thankfully, it cleared and stayed that way for the Socceroos match at Bruce...

the stats:
start temp/humidity: 20.2/70% (apparent temp same)
start time: 5:17pm
total distance: 17.68
total time: 41:52 (including 1:05 stopped time)
avg speed: 25.3kph
total calories: 321
avg HR: 124

more overnight rain saw it again very wet underfoot for this morning's walk...I was a bit late getting up so it was quite steamy...

also a bit slow on this morning's ride in...there was lots of water on the bike paths, not so much the on-road cycling lane...

the stats:
start temp/humidity: 16.0/87% (apparent temp same)
start time: 9:35am
total distance: 16.58
total time: 38:58 (including 1:01 stopped time)
avg speed: 25.5kph
total calories: 281
avg HR: 121

today was not a day for PBs at FkF, let's call this one a resistance session...about 5mins or so after the clock start for the first runners, the rumbling of thunder and the appearance of lightning heralded the opening of the skies for a very intense downpour lasting about 20mins or so...it became a case of forging through puddles and waterfalls (once your feet are wet they aren't going to get any wetter!)...I even got an extra soaking (if that was possible) from a car crossing Commoonwealth Ave bridge as I passed underneath on the way to the turn...the shoes were heavy, the singlet was heavy (I tried wringing it out as I ran)...in the end I finished in 23:09, ranking this run as =89th overall...

the stats:
start temp/humidity: 19.4/67% (apparent temp same)
start time: 12:29pm
total distance: 5.05
total time: 23:09
avg pace: 4:35
total calories: 323
avg HR: 157
recovery HR: 107/54

splits: 4:14, 4:41, 4:45, 4:35, 4:44, 0:10

I wonder what the conditions will be for tomorrow's parkrun and golf (Medal of Medals) as well as Sunday's Sri Chinmoy Triple Tri (I'm doing the 1st bike leg for Rad's Roses)?!
