managed to catch a break in the weather for the ride home last night...by the time we headed to mum & dad's it was raining again...

Tim reckoned he was only running 4:15 pace so I started him 1:30 behind me....he caught me just after the turn and powered away to finish in 20:12 (4:03 pace!)....mum and dad were also there with Madeleine...

this one ranks as 41st...will have to get used to running on this course again - my FkF PB is on this course so I'm sure I'll get back close to or even under 22...

no parkrun tomorrow as Jodie and I are teaming up for the Paddy Pallin Urban...this is our third crack at it...should be fun...
