parkrun #8...

the first session of gold was interesting...I'm not much enamoured by the instructor so we will see how we go...five dogs/handlers in the group...

I've got a copy of the "lesson prompts" and assessment information so I can get a better handle on what we need to do...it helps to have an inside line (aka Suzanne) to this information...

yesterday I walked Hodge before heading to Wodonga to pick up squiggle...had to call past mum & dad's to drop off the start sheet for FkF (which all went well with 22 runners)...

Tammie ended up being able to come so we did some caching along the way - we found seven before picking up squiggle and then another two on the way back...pulled into the driveway just before 8...

back to parkrun this morning...a little bit warmer (!) than last week...
