walked Hodge then fed Sam who was meowing his head off in the laundry even though he'd already had a walk around while Tammie was getting ready to start her new role at the AFP College as an instructor...

made the bus and the connection from Woden to Civic...all bus travel today is free so that's a bonus...

an easy run at lunch...left ankle/heel is still sore (a hangover from footy) but I'm putting up with it for the moment!
