I will be going to Tassie Saturday week to score the cricket and I will be able to visit my great aunt on Sunday as my return flight has been arranged out of Launceston...I'll be hiring a car to get a round so it's worked out well...
this morning it was a bit overcast but still pleasant enough for our walk...
bused in to work as it's O Day...
did my run under ominous skies, Roger passed me (on his bike) on Commonwealth Ave bridge and gave me a cheer...got back to work about 15mins before the skies opened!

I did not enjoy this course at all, aside from early on the first leg, most of my time was spent walking until the 13th control...I had a major nav stuff up heading to #6 as I didn't not know where I was on the map as everything looked the same...I felt like I spent 30mins looking for that control!...
the footing was difficult in most places due to rocks, bare rock and sticks...at least, as John Harding said, it was a work out as I was drenched in sweat by the finish...
Jodie again finished about 19mins earlier...she had to put up with my post-"run" rant...the course was at least as bad as the Mt Majura West one, if not worse...
