did a training session at lunch...doing a high intensity bodyweight session which takes about 35mins...did my first session last Thursday...it's hard work but at least I'm outside in the shade...
looks like I might be off for a quick visit to Hobart to online score a WNCL match Saturday week at Bellerive Oval (where I made my Australian debut)...with the changes to the Australia/India test fixtures there's a shortage of scorers...might be able to squeeze in a visit to my great aunt in Launceston - she's been having heart issues....mum & dad were there on the weekend...fingers-crossed I can fit it in...
