Sri Chinmoy Triple Tri...

I forgot to mention here that I put my hand up during the week to do the 1st bike leg of the Sri Chinmoy Triple Triathlon on Sunday 23 November following an emil from John Kennedy...I'll be part of one of Rad's teams again...

it's 35k starting at Diddams Close, Lake Ginninderra and finishing on Antill Street in Watson...

there's a familiarisation ride this Saturday at 3pm so I'll have a better idea of how long it should take me on the day (although I will be starting at around 6:30am for that)...Jodie's coming along for this ride but she's not relishing the thought of going up to the top of Black Mountain!

I last did this event in 2010 as part of Rad's Rejects...I did the 2nd run leg (12k) and the 3rd bike leg (24k)....
