good turnout at FkF, about 30 runners I think...everyone's handicaps changed I think to cater for the harder course....mine was eased by 45secs to 11:45...still finished close to the back!
the stats:
start temp/humidity: 13.3/58% (apparent temp 12.7)
start time: 12:26pm
total distance: 5.02
total time: 26:31
avg pace: 5:17
total calories: 356
avg HR: 161
splits: 4:49, 5:31, 5:20, 5:15, 5:31, 0:05
not sure what approach to take with my running at the moment given my Achilles is not 100%...I think it's better when I keep running so maybe I'll go back to 3-4 days a week...I don't have any goals ahead of me...my next event is the Kathmandu Urban Adventure race with Jodie in Sydney on 22 November as part of Davcal Express...

Yes, keep running - circulating the blood will help. Don't run hills hard (up or down).
