walked Hodge...still working on all the things we learnt at dog school...teaching him to "shake" now (right hand to right paw, very polite)...on off lead boxer running with his owner came over and checked Hodge out...all good, no dramas...
good gym session at lunch then did a mini boxing bootcamp session with Jodie at footy training...did some light jogging as well...
pulled up well today, no soreness from last night so that's promising...
got up earlier to walk Hodge...it was still reasonably dark so I had the headlamp on...I think he's getting the hang of "shake"...I still need to work on his "waits" and "stays" though...
had a quick ride (no lights to stop at and no traffic to giveway to at on/off ramps!) which meant I got fit in a shower before heading over to physio...

she also showed me how my ankle should be strapped and wrote out instructions for the club's trainers...
gym was good...worked hard...
had to leave early to pick squiggle up from after school care and take her to the doctor...so a quick ride home was in order...
