I wasn’t expecting to make FkF due to the course I was on but we finished 10mins early…the conditions were warm and breezy…I tried to focus on catching the people who started in front of me…I was 6th when I passed Flashduck up the last hill and managed to pass one more before the line…23:17, 32secs faster than last week which was a nice surprise ….
this run ranks as =91st out of 257 overall (average time 23:42, fastest 21:24, slowest 30:12) and as 7th out of 61 for the Floriade course (avg time 24:05, fastest 23:03, slowest 25:52)
the wind was back for the ride home to make it a slow one...
golf tomorrow….long run Sunday followed by some caching…might fit in washing my car too…
