FkF #256...

drove to work today as I’m attending the launch for “The Northies’ Saga”, Graeme Barrow’s history of the North Canberra Gungahlin Cricket Club…I played for Norths from 1980/1 through until 1995/6…through juniors (boys – U12s-U16s), lower grade men’s (3rd-5th grade) and, of course, the women’s…the launch is at Dickson Tradies at 6pm with David Gallop presiding (the current CEO of Football Federation Australia, former CEO of the NRL and a former player with the club)…

FkF was a bit disappointing – the conditions were good with hardly any wind and I felt like I was running well…23:49 was the time…I need to work on my speed!!

this run ranks as =148th out of 256 overall (average time 23:42) and as 26th out of 60 for the Floriade course (avg time 24:05)

I’m looking forward to the long weekend…golf tomorrow….long run Sunday…hopefully some caching in there as well!
