EOS Trip Days 3 & 4...

we watched the GF at The Deck…again the majority were supporting the Dockers but the Hawks were the deserving winners…I tipped Lake for the Norm Smith as well…

afterwards some of us had dinner before heading back while others kicked on…

up earlyish for my long run on Sunday…basically headed west along the beach for 45mins before turning around…was a nice area to run in…again I arrived in time for a cooked breakfast (love the service!)…

we were picked up at 10am for a mystery activity – spending 2hrs at Bounce Inc…was good fun…my favourite activity was Dodge Ball, especially against the little kids...must admit the trampoling effort killed my left ankle!

once back at St Kilda, I headed back to Albert Park to do some caching…lots of walking later I had 5 from 5…

I was aiming for a 6th one at St Kilda Pier which involved collecting some information from the signs at the end of the pier to calculate GZ…which should have been located under a water access ramp…I got to spend a good 30 minutes soaking my ankle in the lovely cold water while I searched without finding the cache…it was only after I got back that I could check the website and see that the cache had been archived the week before (oops)…was worth it though!

pizza was the order of the day for dinner, I think there were about 16 different ones and probably just as many garlic breads!

yesterday we were checked out by 10am…we all went for a wander around St Kilda…the group I was with ended up at The Beachcomber Café for a milkshake before heading back for the bus pick up at 12:15pm…

due to unforeseen circumstances I didn’t get to the speedygeese session at Parliament House as planned but the extra rest won’t do me any harm…

back on the bike to work this morning…was very windy as expected but quite warm…another slow ride in…

worked through lunch again...and left late for the ride home...of course it was STILL windy...
