FkF #255...

had an early start this morning as I had to leave early to attend squiggle30's Learning Journey (she's in Year 3)...so I caught the bus...

it was cool and windy for FkF...about 22 runners I think...I thought I was running OK but was disappointed to be 35secs slower than last week with 23:54...

I've decided that I don't mind if it's hot or cold or raining...I prefer undulating courses over flat...but the wind really drags my pace down...hopefully there will be a still day on the Floriade course this season!

this run ranks as 159th out of 255 overall (average time 23:42) and as 27th out of 59 for the Floriade course (avg time 24:06)

the Learning Journey took about 40mins and covered art, writing, maths, spelling and reading...

then it was off to Lachlan Valley Meats to make use of the two vouchers I won during the season...

tomorrow I'm planning my long run follwoed by golf followed by the Jets Presentation night...

Sunday we are having a BBQ at the zoo!
