FkF #254...

very cool on the ride in to work this morning, my feet were like ice blocks...the plus was that it wasn't windy!

good turnout for FkF...weather was cool and breezy with a fair bit of cloud...34 runners by my count...a better run this week for me although only matching my time from three weeks ago...sub 23 remains my goal...

this run ranks as =95th out of 254 overall (average time 23:42) and as =9th out of 58 for the Floriade course (avg time 24:06)

golf tomorrow then planning to watch Jodie's soccer grand final (Lanyon v Weston Molonglo Spirit) at Kaleen Enclosed (10am) Sunday...will have to fit my long run (90mins) in beforehand...
