short ride after work last night as I rode to Deakin to watch the munchkin do taekwondo…

very cold for this morning’s ride in…slow as well!

a good turnout at FkF…first run of the new point score….conditions were cool and very windy, particularly on the outbound leg…felt like I was working hard and not getting anywhere so pleasantly surprised to only be 2 seconds slower than last week…ranks as =53rd/249...

baking tonight for Ladies Day at the footy on Sunday, the first time all senior games have been on the same day at our home ground…

tomorrow I’m hoping to get out for my run before a round of golf…indoor cricket is at 5:30pm…

footy is at 10am on Sunday, hopefully it’ll be a nice day…
