Frosty...

yesterday I was up early to do a number of things before work – go to the PO to pick up a parcel, drop my bike in Civic (passed Cookie on her bike) and get to Phillip for my car’s first service (1000k, only a short wait)...everything worked out pretty well as I actually got to work on time...

left my car parked in the roof top parking at the Canberra Centre and rode to Kambah after work...was a bit cool but did a decent time

this morning’s ride in was quite cold...it took a while for my fingers and toes to warm up...thank goodness for hot showers!

it wasn’t much warmer at lunch time but I did a good run, adding on 10mins as part of my preparation for the Bush Capital HM (by adding a loop of Lennox Gardens)...waved to Trevor J (on his bike) as he zoomed the other way round near the Carillion...

Tammie completed her third handicap card today so she’ll be able to play her first comp round on Saturday (a team event so it won’t affect her handicap)...looks like she’ll be starting on 29!

no riding home as I’ll put the bike on the car but I will be riding the rest of the week...

I think training will be quite cold tonight!
