Back on the bike...

back on the bike for the first time in ages...and nothing to do with the Tour!

footy training was good...the coach decided not to linger over Saturday's disappointment...we play Eastlake on Sunday at Amaroo, a team we have never beaten...they are the defending premiers but are down on form at the moment so if we are ever going to beat them, this weekend may be the time...
