was late yet again leaving work and was rushed to get ready for footy training...
it was a good session, more fitness stuff than football skills...planking, running, wrestling, tackling, boxing, running, skipping, running with 5kg medicine balls above our heads...then we did a contesting drill in pairs before finishing with an attaching drill (4 on 2) - this involved push ups for the attacking team if they didn't kick a goal...
this morning's ride in was good if a bit cool!...had a solid gym session at lunch...
now I'm just hanging out until 4 so I can start my loonnngggg weekend!
