speedygeese @ Parliament House

bit later than I intended to ride in and as a result got stuck behind a few buses...

a quick ride to Parliament House after work...

warm up: 2.26k (usual lap + jog back to Rose Garden)

teams of 3, 32 mins of the effort loop (~365-380m) which included a nice grassy downhill followed by a windy uphill...after each effort loop, the plan was to jog the loop again

teams as far as I can remember them: Andrew S/Peter/Sarah, Andrew N/Clint/Tim, Andy/Garry/Warrick, me/Susan/Sarah, Ruth/Rae/Mick with SG and Ewen to sub in as needed

this is one more effort than last week for me...

total 9.12k in 72:53...starting temp/humidity: 20.2/60.(apparent temp same)...avg HR: 135...

another slow ride to Kambah after...windy too...

this morning's ride in felt slow but wasn't too bad...
