solid session at the gym and good ride to & from work...
footy training was fun - we are training @ Burgmann College in Forde while the sportgrounds are rested for winter sports...
only downside was getting my left ankle accidently trodden on in a contact drill...hurt like buggery but I managed to jog it out before continuing...I iced it last night and it's not so bad today pain-wise, some bruising evident but not too swollen thankfully...shin pads at training from now on (the ones I wear also protect my ankles)...
