we all enjoyed last night's dinner cruise...my present for mum is a BridgeClimb (with me) once her shoulder is good to go....hopefully we will do it in September/October...she's always wanted to do but thought with her shoulder problem she wouldn't be able to...it's given her extra incentive to rehab!
this morning I rode to gym and did the Day 2b program (the only day which includes legs)...a solid session then onto work...
did tomorrow's run today as I have to do Sunday's long run tomorrow due to pennant golf starting (we play at Queanbeyan at 8am)...
