rode to gym, first time this week and good for my legs after track...
Day 1b of the program...good workout....
the ride home after work was hard - not much rain (althought odd heavy shower) but the headwind was annoying!
Saturday
did my long run before golf...an easy 2hrs...

started in thick fog which cleared about 45mins or so in...meant I had to take my glasses off as they just kept getting covered in moisture...
one more long run to go!
off to golf...started ok on the first 6 holes then wiped the next two before a bogey on the 9th...this meant I was 4 over my handicap...however I played the back nine 3 under my handicap including a birdie on the 18th...I somehow managed to finish 2nd in the comp, winning a $22 voucher and a ball...
in the late afternoon I base umpired a D grade softball game with Suze as the plate umpire then I watched the team I fill in for play Sutherland (winning 7-3)...I base coached...
had a bit of a rest before heading to Stromlo Forest Park to help out at the 12hr event...I was a number caller from 0:35 through to 3:50...I felt like a bingo caller (wish I'd had the list of alternate number names to use)...I was getting a bit tired by the end of it and I was only sitting there (not churning out laps!!)...
today
stayed in bed until 12 after no getting back from Stromlo until 4:15am...didn't really sleep but couldn't be bothered getting up...so glad I ran yesterday!
easy day today...found one cache, might do some more if it stops raining...
