don't tell anyone but ended up having the day off work...
the original plan was to run mega early, play golf then be at work by 1pm...
however, I was too tired to get up early (5:30) so did my run after golf...
golfing-wise, had flashes of brilliance including a run of par-wipe-birdie-par-birdie-par-par from the 6th thru to the 12th...ending up shooting 2 over my handicap, which isn't too bad...
golf followed by a long run has been a struggle for me in the past which is why I do it in the other order but it wasn't too bad today...it was quite windy and I was running around the hillier environs of Macgregor, Higgins and Holt...legs were still feeling last night's speedygeese session...no heart rate details as I left my strap at home (I'm house sitting again)...I will be getting it tonight...

After five chin-ups yesterday - I went to a chin-up bar and couldn't do one, not even close. You're not the only one feeling the effects of yesterday!
A slacker is someone that hasn't run for three days!
