Thursday - CA Chairman's XI v India - Day 1

CA Chairman's XI batted first after India won the toss...racked up 6/398 (dec) off 86 overs...

did my easy run after work...hard work and a reminder that I much prefer to run earlier in the day (except for speedygeese & track!)...it was a bit windy...

rode to & from the gym before heading back to Manuka...Day 2b of the program...

upped the reps in the 2nd set of the close grip pulldowns (1x8, 1x10)...added weight for the leg curls (42.5kg)...added weight for the incline bicep curls (9kg)...

India made 6/320 off 83.1 overs before rain ended play...

it was a pleasure to watch Dravid (45), Tendulkar (92) and Laxman (57) bat...unfortunately both Tendulkar and Laxman retired out at the tea break so we didn't get to see what would have been almost certain centuries...

tomorrow, an easy run in the morning before a softball double header (1:30pm/3:30pm) at Hawker...
