Monday
still rode to and from the gym in spite of the weather...it rained lightly most of the way to the gym...poured while I was doing Day 1a of the program (hard work today, no increase in weights or reps either)...then was only drizzling lightly when I rode home...
as a result of the rain the cricket was delayed...didn't start until 1:40pm which was the scheduled start of the second session...we ended up having two more delays - one rain and one bad light - so play didn't finish until 7:02pm which meant I missed speedygeese...

up earlyish to go for a run...my legs were tired so it was a slow one...
