Another catch up...

Wednesday

gym before the cricket, rode to and from...Day 2b of the program...increased the weight for the closegrip pulldowns (maybe that will help my chin ups!)...

Tasmania finished with 392 then had the NSW struggling at 8/146 by stumps...

Didn't get to orienteering as I wasn't done at the cricket until after 6:30pm...

an easy run before the cricket...

the race started a little late due to the pentathlon...
