was overcast and I got rained on for about 15mins...had some gut issues so I'll have to have a look at what I ate yesterday...

warm up: 3.16k (usual big lap + jog to tennis court + jog around course loop with stops for exercise station)
30mins of the loop, own pace, doing exercises every loop (for me, chin up, push ups, dips, step ups)...I had to cut short my time as I had to leave early
500m - 2 chin ups - 720m - 10 push ups - 1.28k - 20 dips - 660m - 45secs of steps ups - 580m
