yesterday had to struggle with a headwind to work AND home after work...not very fair!

gym was a solid workout, no increase in weights but it's still pretty challenging...

this morning my lovely neighbours woke me up at 6:30am...seriously, it's Saturday (mind you tomorrow I hope to be starting my long run then)...

eventually got up and went for an easy 40mins...
