ok, I'm all but committed to training for the Bayleys Mountain to Surf marathon on 4 March 2012...so I'm putting my weekly plan of attack out there...
Mon - gym (AM); speedygeese (PM)
Tue - easy run @ lunch 50-60mins
Wed - cycle/gym (AM); orienteering (PM)
Thu - easy run @ lunch 60-70mins; track (PM)
Fri - cycle/gym (AM); cycle (PM)
Sat - easy run (AM) 40-50mins
Sun - long run (AM) 100mins-195mins
the addition is the easy run Saturday morning plus extending my long runs...
any and all thoughts greatly appreciated - I'm not adverse to adjusting the plan...
what am I getting myself into??!
