drove today as I have a few errands straight after work...

esay run at lunch in steady light rain...my knees have been sore since yesterday, probably because of Sunday's run, so it was a slow one except for the 10m acceleration when I was chased by an over-protective parental duck!!...it's not the first time and it won't be the last...had to laugh...
