a quick ride home on Tuesday arvo enabled me to gret to Deakin High to watch some taekwondo grading...bumped into Kathy Sims who was there (with Geoff, Jodie and Brad) to watch her grandson Alex (he won an award)...
Wednesday was a bit wet...
got soaked riding to the gym so the gym session was a bit wet too (lucky I have a towel)...increased the weights on the uni-lateral seated row, single leg split squats and postman curls....increased the reps on the reverse incline flys...
didn't rain on the ride to work thankfully...
it was even wetter riding home...lucky my laundry is in the garage!
today
was hoping to beat the rain at lunch although it was very windy, it wasn't actually raining when I started....however any hopes of staying dry disappeared as I rounded Lennox Gardens with massive waves breaking on the edge of the lake and all over me!...
needless to say, about 15mins later it started raining so I was well and truly soaked by the time I finished...
I must say that's the windiest conditions I've ever run in...so much so that I could actually feel myself being propelled forward when I had a tailwind...running into it felt like I was towing a tractor tyre!!

tomorrow I have gym before work then an early leave in the afternoon to head to Bateman's Bay for the long weekend...
